Supports a natural gas trading desk through daily supply-and-demand reporting, data integrity monitoring, quantitative modeling, back-testing, scenario analysis, and data pipeline automation. Provides operational support, programming, troubleshooting, and optimization for automation and control systems across natural gas and NGL pipelines and compressor stations. Maintains PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, SCADA, communications, and electrical systems; designs and supports control-system construction; supervises contractors; manages vendors and project implementation; ensures regulatory, safety, reliability, and cost objectives; and responds to system failures, hazards, emergencies, overtime, and callouts.

Leads pipeline accounting operations for natural gas systems, including settlements, monthly close, invoicing, payments, audits, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and billing issue escalation. Manages Pipeline Accountants, maintains billing procedures, reviews invoices, supports data integrity in Power BI and Quorum, and coordinates cross-functional process improvements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Leads procurement for major pipeline and facility projects, managing supplier relationships, contracts, budgets, risk mitigation, market research, and cost optimization. Collaborates with project, engineering, and finance teams to align purchasing with project objectives, monitors procurement performance, and provides management reporting. Requires procurement and supply chain experience, leadership, negotiation, contract management, analytical skills, and proficiency with procurement systems.

Support natural gas trading operations through gas scheduling and settlements. Responsibilities include maintaining contractual transaction records, nominating gas receipts and deliveries on interstate pipeline electronic bulletin boards, communicating with third parties to prevent disruptions, creating and reconciling invoices, settling physical and financial transactions, and resolving discrepancies with counterparties, trading teams, and scheduling teams. The role is in-office in Austin and requires strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.

Manage small-to-mid-sized natural gas infrastructure projects from scope development through construction, commissioning, and asset integration. Responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, reimbursable billing documentation, technical equipment specification, procurement, contractor bidding, contract management, client communication, progress reporting, and construction oversight. The role requires coordination across field technicians, contractors, customers, and executives, with 25–50% travel to project sites.

Oversee and secure enterprise IT networks and field OT infrastructure supporting pipeline operations. Responsibilities include network design, telemetry communications, firewall management, IT/OT segmentation, ICS and SCADA security, risk assessments, monitoring, incident response, automation, compliance, and deployment of cybersecurity technologies. The role supports 24/7 operations through on-call coverage and requires up to 15% travel to Texas and Louisiana field locations.

Supports and administers enterprise business applications for finance, accounting, procurement, and corporate functions. Responsibilities include user access management, security roles, workflow configuration, integrations monitoring, incident resolution, upgrades, testing, UAT, documentation, training, and process improvement.
