Manage small-to-mid-sized natural gas infrastructure projects from scope development through construction, commissioning, and asset integration. Responsibilities include project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, reimbursable billing documentation, technical equipment specification, procurement, contractor bidding, contract management, client communication, progress reporting, and construction oversight. The role requires coordination across field technicians, contractors, customers, and executives, with 25–50% travel to project sites.

Coordinates daily office operations, including phone and mail handling, visitor reception, supplies and inventory, facilities communication, meetings, events, travel arrangements, and leadership support. Assists HR with interview coordination, routes invoices, liaises on IT issues, provides notary services, and supports administrative projects, reporting, filing, and data entry. Requires professionalism, discretion, organization, adaptability, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides operational support, programming, troubleshooting, and optimization for automation and control systems across natural gas and NGL pipelines and compressor stations. Maintains PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, SCADA, communications, and electrical systems; designs and supports control-system construction; supervises contractors; manages vendors and project implementation; ensures regulatory, safety, reliability, and cost objectives; and responds to system failures, hazards, emergencies, overtime, and callouts.
