Provide front-desk and administrative support for a skilled nursing center: greet visitors, answer phones, manage records, scan and organize documents, assist with accounts payable and data entry, and support multiple departments to keep the office running efficiently.

Lead night-shift nursing at a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility. Assess resident needs, implement nursing policies, ensure care quality, supervise and mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs, foster teamwork, and coordinate with families and physicians.

Provide administrative support to the Business Office Manager, assist residents, families, and admissions, and collect/process information needed to bill approved payors for services. Perform other business office duties as assigned. Long-term care billing experience preferred.

Plan and lead activities, events, and one-on-one engagement to promote resident well-being. Support games, crafts, music, exercise, and celebrations. Maintain resident documentation per CMS guidelines and foster a warm, family-oriented environment. Work day shifts with some evenings and weekends required.

Provide licensed practical nursing care for residents at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility on a PRN/all-shifts basis. Collaborate with a team to deliver compassionate care, maintain documentation, follow facility policies, and support resident quality of life. Must have active Board of Nursing registration.
