Prepare and serve meals for long-term care residents, following menus and standardized recipes. Stock and operate dietary carts, monitor food temperatures, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and comply with federal, state, and local food-safety requirements. Work includes varied shifts with weekend availability.

Oversee and coordinate the nursing department at a skilled nursing facility, ensuring care quality, regulatory compliance, and smooth operations. Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; communicate with residents, families, physicians, and vendors; assist the Director of Nursing in administrative and clinical duties.

Lead weekend nursing operations at a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility. Assess resident care needs, implement nursing policies, supervise and mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs, ensure high-quality care, and foster teamwork and positive culture. Work weekends 7P-7A.

Administer medications per physician orders and state regulations, document administration, observe residents for reactions, assist with ADLs, maintain medication records and supplies, communicate with nurses, staff, residents, and families, follow safety and infection-control policies, and provide compassionate assisted-living care.

Provide hands-on activity programming and one-on-one engagement to promote residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Plan and assist group activities, maintain attendance and documentation, support care conferences, set up events and decorations, escort residents to activities, and foster positive relations with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

Provide supervisory nursing care at a long-term care facility. Full-time RN Supervisor role Monday–Friday 10am–6pm with $3/hr differential 3–6pm and $7,000 sign-on. Oversee resident care, coordinate staff, and ensure quality standards. Benefits available after 30 days.
