Assists with daily activities, social programs, games, crafts, music, exercise, celebrations, and group events for elderly residents. Provides one-on-one engagement, fosters a welcoming atmosphere, and completes required documentation according to CMS guidelines. The role primarily involves day shifts, with some evening and weekend events. Prior activities, recreation, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.

Provides dietary and food-service support in a 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The part-time first-shift role runs from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Responsibilities likely include meal preparation, serving residents, maintaining food-service areas, and following dietary and sanitation procedures. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days, 180 days, and one year of completion.

Supervise weekend night nursing operations in a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Assess resident care needs, implement appropriate interventions, uphold nursing policies, and ensure high-quality care. Lead and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while fostering teamwork and collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and staff. The role requires an active RN license, strong communication, leadership, organization, and critical-thinking skills. Long-term care or supervisory experience is preferred.
