Handles inbound phone and internet inquiries, responds to emails, schedules appointments for the sales team, supports sales and finance departments, and conducts data mining to encourage customer retention and repeat sales. The role requires strong communication, writing, customer service, reliability, attention to detail, and a confident phone presence. It is a full-time, non-remote position requiring weekday and Saturday work, with commission opportunities.

Welcomes dealership customers, conducts Mazda vehicle walkarounds and demonstrations, explains features and safety technology, supports test drives, maintains showroom and vehicle presentation, assists with social media and advertising, engages the community, follows up with customers, and supports the sales process under management guidance. Paid training is provided, and automotive experience is not required.
