Support Principal Designers in conceptual and schematic design of single-family homes: develop and revise floor plans and elevations, prepare presentations, analyze plan library and competitors, perform product/program analysis, participate in meetings, and coordinate design revisions with cross-functional teams.

Temporary in-person copywriter responsible for writing, editing, and proofing internal and external marketing collateral (web, email, ads, brochures, newsletters, articles), managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and supporting the Marketing & Communications team with high-quality, timely copy.

Manage and validate job start proofs, resolve start and compliance issues with regional and local purchasing teams, track insurance and contract documents, coordinate with Legal and Accounting, and maintain accurate Preferred Partner agreements to ensure timely approvals and uninterrupted operations.

Partner with leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risk across land, construction, and warranty operations. Oversee insurance placement, contractual insurance requirements, claims and safety trends, risk transfer programs, and trade partner risk protections. Provide data-driven insights, reporting, coaching, and support to promote safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise learning strategy, LMS governance, and scalable learning operations. Partner with executives and business leaders to align learning to strategy, modernize content, integrate enabling technology, manage budgets, develop program managers, and drive organizational learning transformation across field operations.

Manage and secure enterprise networking, Windows server, virtualization, and Azure cloud environments. Administer firewalls, M365 multi-tenant email, backups, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and on-call support while driving automation and documentation.

Manage and validate job start proofs, resolve start issues with local purchasing teams, and accurately post job starts. Track and review insurance and contract documentation, place partners on hold for expired/missing coverage, and coordinate with Legal and Accounting to resolve compliance issues. Maintain signed agreements and SOWs, support process improvements, and ensure preferred partners meet contractual and insurance requirements across multiple markets.

Lead and grow a training team to develop and deliver scalable enterprise learning for business systems and tools. Partner with HR, IT, and leaders to design instructional solutions, manage LMS governance, measure learning impact, support change management, and drive technology adoption across field and corporate audiences.

Manage and develop the desktop and end-point support team; oversee incident/request resolution, device imaging, deployments, and lifecycle management; track SLAs and CSAT; escalate complex issues; partner with Infrastructure & Security on endpoint security (Intune/Azure AD); manage vendors, procurement, licensing, SOPs, training, inventory, and budget planning.

Manage and coordinate HOA formation, contracts, vendor selection, ARC submittals, turnover inspections, fee/budget support, and homeowner issue resolution while liaising with land, purchasing, and homebuilding teams to ensure community compliance and successful community launches.

Guide prospective homebuyers through the new-home sales process, meet sales goals, prospect and follow up with leads, maintain realtor relationships, present financing/loan information, execute marketing and closing strategies, and deliver high customer service while working weekends and holidays.
