Teams at WGC

Support Principal Designers in conceptual and schematic design of single-family homes: develop and revise floor plans and elevations, prepare presentations, analyze plan library and competitors, perform product/program analysis, participate in meetings, and coordinate design revisions with cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise-wide process analysis, mapping, and redesign to drive efficiency and scalability. Guide cross-functional initiatives, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, partner with technology and data teams, and communicate recommendations to leadership.

Coordinates internal meetings, training courses, and company events from planning through execution. Responsibilities include attendee travel logistics, stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, budget and expense tracking, event administration, on-site setup, presentation and audiovisual support, basic troubleshooting, and event-related marketing projects.
