Coordinates HOA and community operations for residential developments from formation through transition to homeowner control. Responsibilities include managing declarations and HOA contracts, selecting community management companies, reviewing architectural submissions, overseeing turnover inspections and repairs, supporting budgets and fees, resolving homeowner issues, and coordinating with homebuilding teams, attorneys, vendors, and homeowners.

Hands-on summer internship supporting residential homebuilding from pre-contract activities through construction, closing, and post-closing service. The intern will learn builder responsibilities including scheduling, quality assurance, safety, cost management, material control, warranty service, and customer support. This role is intended for a currently enrolled college student interested in residential construction or real estate and requires availability for up to 40 hours weekly and housing in the greater Raleigh area.
