Provide contract and document support for land acquisition, title examination, and land finance. Organize and track real estate and commercial transaction data, prepare spreadsheets and reports, and manage document workflows. Support attorneys with time-sensitive legal tasks in a home-building or land development context.

Lead enterprise-wide process analysis, mapping, and redesign to drive efficiency and scalability. Guide cross-functional initiatives, apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, partner with technology and data teams, and communicate recommendations to leadership.

Temporary in-person copywriter responsible for writing, editing, and proofing internal and external marketing collateral (web, email, ads, brochures, newsletters, articles), managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and supporting the Marketing & Communications team with high-quality, timely copy.
