The Wealth Advisor (Vice President) serves UHNW clients by managing communication, overseeing wealth planning, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring coordinated service delivery.

Leads sophisticated wealth planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, covering estate, tax, retirement, philanthropy, risk, wealth transfer, executive compensation, and business-owner needs. Oversees the trust-company compliance program, regulatory examinations, audits, investigations, remediation, policies, and controls. Manages fiduciary and tax compliance leadership, coordinates planning and fiduciary teams, mentors advisors, and develops client and internal education.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor and coach to leaders on employee relations, hiring, onboarding, performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, compliance, learning and development, and organizational strategy. Leads internship and temporary hiring programs, supports the full hire-to-retire lifecycle, analyzes HR data, and advances diversity, inclusion, and process-improvement initiatives across company locations.
