The Wealth Advisor (Vice President) serves UHNW clients by managing communication, overseeing wealth planning, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring coordinated service delivery.

Support advisors for UHNW clients by preparing client materials, financial plans, estate charts and portfolio reports; perform analysis, execute trades, administer alternative investments, manage reporting, mentor junior staff, and support business development.

Manage and support investment product lifecycle: monitor performance, coordinate launches, conduct market and competitive research, draft compliant product content, support RFPs/DDQs, and collaborate across sales, portfolio management, compliance, and marketing.

Serve as the senior fiduciary authority for UHNW clients, leading the fiduciary practice and trust committee. Design and implement advanced estate and wealth strategies, coordinate with advisors and legal counsel, draft client agreements, oversee fiduciary operations and compliance, mentor staff, and represent the firm externally on fiduciary and estate planning matters.

Support production and maintenance of marketing materials and content management. Coordinate monthly/quarterly updates, compliance review workflows, CRM and reporting support, assist product launches, and drive process improvements and cross-trained team coverage.
