Supervise and lead the maintenance team to perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep. Coordinate schedules, train staff, conduct inspections, respond to guest requests, manage budgets/records/payroll, ensure OSHA and safety compliance, and assist with hands-on maintenance as needed.

Maintain resort grounds to ensure clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces. Duties include trash collection, sweeping, operating trucks/golf carts, recycling, dumpster and compactor operation, and general litter removal.

Supervise front desk, night auditors, and guest services staff; schedule and train personnel; act as Manager on Duty when needed; handle guest check-ins/check-outs, payments, reservations, phone inquiries, cash balancing, and coordination with housekeeping; resolve guest issues and ensure accurate posting to the property management system and daily reports.
