Maintain accurate system records, generate reports, review invoices, coordinate credit reporting and inventory transfers, and support process improvement initiatives.

Supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams while maintaining resort cleanliness, quality, and service standards. Support the General Manager, oversee staffing and performance, manage schedules, assist with financial reporting, invoices, budgets, HOA meetings, and guest and owner satisfaction. Handle operational issues, adapt to changing priorities, and assume General Manager responsibilities when needed.

Leads multi-entity accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, vendor issue resolution, reconciliations, financial close, audits, compliance, and internal controls.
