Sell Westgate timeshare weeks to prospective buyers by giving tours, pitching products, completing sales paperwork, and providing excellent guest service. Attend sales meetings and serve as a tour guide for resort guests.

Provide administrative and marketing support to the Marketing Director and team by coordinating production/distribution of promotional materials, managing inventory, compiling reports and financials, auditing gifting paperwork, processing payroll/timesheets, verifying deposits, negotiating contracts, and supporting operational efficiency across the marketing department.

Supervise and schedule front office staff, act as manager on duty, handle guest check-ins/outs, payments, reservations, phone inquiries, cash reconciliation, coordinate with housekeeping, and train new front desk employees.

Perform preventive and reactive maintenance across resort facilities including plumbing, electrical, appliance and cosmetic repairs. Execute assigned engineering projects, manage inventory/procurement, use resort operations software (HotSOS) to handle guest requests, and follow safety protocols. Respond to guest issues professionally and assist with broader resort operations as needed.

Manage delinquent timeshare accounts through the foreclosure lifecycle. Review eligibility, coordinate with attorneys and title firms, process foreclosures and inventory recovery, maintain documentation and systems, monitor statutory deadlines, resolve title and bankruptcy issues, generate reports, and support process improvements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Manage high-volume timeshare ownership transfers, resales, and name changes. Review legal documents (deeds, trusts, probate), verify ownership, update records, communicate with owners and third parties, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance while maintaining transaction documentation and timelines. Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) phone and written customer support.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of guest and public areas; assist housekeepers with stripping units, linen handling, trash removal, and deep cleans; deliver and organize linens, equipment, and supplies; clean corridors, elevators, and laundry rooms; respond to guest requests; secure and track keys; report damage or lost-and-found; assist training and other departments as needed.

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across the resort, including plumbing, painting, lighting, appliance and TV installation, preventive maintenance, inventory support, tool operation, and guest communication while following safety and PPE standards.
