Manage delinquent timeshare accounts through the foreclosure lifecycle. Review eligibility, coordinate with attorneys and title firms, process foreclosures and inventory recovery, maintain documentation and systems, monitor statutory deadlines, resolve title and bankruptcy issues, generate reports, and support process improvements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Part-time weekend housekeeping role cleaning and preparing villas to Westgate standards. Duties include cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, removing linens and trash, replacing amenities, using cleaning equipment safely, reporting lost-and-found and maintenance issues, and meeting daily productivity goals.

Manage and lead the resort Gift Room team, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, cash handling, audits, inventory/security, vendor coordination, POS and reporting to drive accuracy and sales while ensuring excellent guest service.

Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and analytics-ready datasets using SQL, Alteryx, Python, Snowflake, and Oracle. Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports, perform data validation and reconciliation, gather business requirements, and deliver insights for inventory, yield, operations, call center, loyalty, and executive stakeholders.

Maintain resort grounds and public areas: pick up litter, empty trash and recycling, operate trash compactor, sweep sidewalks, dispose of grease/oil, and operate pickup truck/golf cart. Ensure clean, safe, attractive outdoor spaces for guests.

Support hotel group and event sales by responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, managing room blocks and deposits, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with hotel departments, and assisting Sales Managers with site visits and event logistics to ensure smooth group bookings and events.

Manage the resort Engineering Department: supervise maintenance crews (painting, structural repairs), inspect work to standards, estimate labor, enforce safety, adjust procedures, resolve work problems, coordinate with other supervisors, maintain time/production records, and drive efficiency and guest-satisfaction improvements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for timeshare sales representatives: create job ads, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews and hiring events, travel nationally for career fairs/onboarding, partner with sales leadership, maintain candidate pipelines, present company culture and compensation, and build referral networks.

Perform and lead maintenance and repair tasks across MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pools, appliances, and building finishes. Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, support inventory/procurement, read blueprints/OEM manuals, operate resort systems, and enforce safety practices while delivering professional guest service.
