Perform data entry and verification of contract source documents, resolve discrepancies with preparers, maintain records and databases, prepare mailings, handle owner inquiries, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Support marketing operations by preparing commission reports, processing invoices, reconciling partner accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, managing vendor onboarding and POS administration, maintaining audit-ready records, and assisting cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian movement in the main drive, enforce traffic and fire-lane rules, assist guests and valet, report hazards, coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders, operate traffic control equipment, and maintain professional appearance while working varied shifts.
