Supports housekeeping by removing linens and trash, cleaning guest and public areas, organizing supplies and closets, delivering equipment, and responding to guest requests. Maintains safety, cleanliness, and orderly carts and equipment while reporting damages and lost items. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, follow instructions independently, and work weekends and holidays.

Performs resort facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, flooring, pool, spa, and water-feature repairs. Leads preventive maintenance, inspections, small construction projects, safety practices, guest service responses, procurement, and inventory activities. Uses HotSOS, technical manuals, tools, ladders, lifts, and PPE while maintaining safe, functional resort facilities. The role requires a 3 PM–11:30 PM shift, weekend and holiday availability, and professional communication with guests and colleagues.

Performs advanced, project-based maintenance and renovation across multiple trades at a resort. Responsibilities include wall, ceiling, flooring, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The role also manages work orders, procurement and inventory, guest requests, safety hazards, custodial duties, and communication with resort leadership and guests. Requires minimal supervision and adherence to safety and company policies.
