Patrol resort exterior areas by bicycle, assist guests, protect property, monitor for criminal activity and safety hazards, manage crowds and traffic, respond to emergencies, enforce paid parking, and support local agencies. The role requires clear radio communication, physical agility, outdoor work, and the ability to pursue or detain subjects. A high school diploma, 1–2 years of security experience, bicycle proficiency, Nevada credentials, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Supports housekeeping by removing linens and trash, cleaning guest and public areas, organizing supplies and closets, delivering equipment, and responding to guest requests. Maintains safety, cleanliness, and orderly carts and equipment while reporting damages and lost items. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, follow instructions independently, and work weekends and holidays.

Performs resort facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, flooring, pool, spa, and water-feature repairs. Leads preventive maintenance, inspections, small construction projects, safety practices, guest service responses, procurement, and inventory activities. Uses HotSOS, technical manuals, tools, ladders, lifts, and PPE while maintaining safe, functional resort facilities. The role requires a 3 PM–11:30 PM shift, weekend and holiday availability, and professional communication with guests and colleagues.
