Leads the Name Change team while processing title transfers, ownership name changes, resale documentation, deceased-owner title clearances, and mortgage protection claims. Handles high-volume calls and correspondence with owners, attorneys, courts, and trustees; researches public records; tracks cases and documentation; and maintains accurate records. Provides coaching, supports workflow improvements, ensures timely issue resolution, and assists with administrative projects and mail processing.

Processes payroll and timeshare commission calculations, validates payouts, manages chargebacks, researches sales data in Microsoft Access, prepares month-end journal entries, reconciles accounts, and resolves compensation inquiries. The role supports accurate payroll, financial reporting, and accounting operations while maintaining compliance with company procedures and deadlines.

Manages new owner accounts from initial sale through final payment and closing. Verifies and modifies contracts, explains documents, coordinates with internal teams during rescission and payment periods, adjusts payment arrangements within guidelines, tracks closing metrics, and develops strategies to save transactions while maintaining compliance and customer service.
