Lead company-wide learning strategy and programs for veterinarians, support staff, and corporate teams. Design, implement, and measure learning solutions, evaluate/implement LMS, manage vendors, consult stakeholders, integrate learning into talent and succession planning, and present impact and business cases to senior leadership.

Lead operations for a portfolio of 8-12 veterinary hospitals, driving operational excellence, culture, recruiting, P&L management, onboarding integrations, strategic growth, and field-based coaching while partnering with regional and corporate teams.

Provide hands-on care for boarding and patient animals: feeding, walking, administering medications, monitoring behavior/medical concerns, documenting observations, and maintaining clean, sanitized kennels and treatment areas.

Provide multi-site leadership for two veterinary hospitals, overseeing financial performance, budgets, payroll, compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB), operations, facilities, inventory, marketing, and client experience. Collaborate on strategic goals, manage department leads, hire and train staff, drive retention and growth, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, and training programs end-to-end. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, contracts, registration systems, on-site teams, and event evaluation. Partner with stakeholders across the company to align events with business goals and continuously improve processes and ROI.

Provide daily care for boarding dogs and cats: feed, walk, administer medications, monitor health/behavior, clean and sanitize kennels and hospital areas, assist front desk with calls and check-ins, and maintain stocked supplies. Weekend and holiday availability required.

Support acquisition efforts by sourcing and analyzing veterinary practice opportunities, building financial models and valuations, preparing investment memoranda and LOIs, managing post-LOI due diligence across finance, operations, HR, and legal, and coordinating communication with internal teams and external sellers to execute transactions.

Provide daily care for animal patients including feeding, walking, administering medications, monitoring behavior and medical concerns, documenting observations, and maintaining clean, sanitized kennels and hospital spaces while supporting the veterinary team.

Maintain clean, safe kennels and common/treatment areas through cleaning, sanitizing, stocking supplies, animal handling (walking, socialization), and documenting treatments and conditions while supporting a team in a fast-paced veterinary clinic.

Provide daily care for boarding animals: feed, walk, administer medications, monitor medical/behavioral concerns, document observations, and sanitize and stock kennels and common areas. Work scheduled as three 10-hour weekend shifts (Fri-Sun).

Maintain clean, safe kennels and treatment areas through janitorial and stocking tasks; handle, restrain, walk, and monitor dogs and cats under supervision; observe animal behavior and assist with patient safety. Must be organized, dependable, physically able, and available for specified part-time schedule.

Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties for kennels, common areas, and treatment rooms; sanitize and restock supplies; provide light animal handling and restraint; work as part of a team in a fast-paced veterinary clinic with a flexible schedule and rotating weekends.

Identify, cultivate, and evaluate veterinary practice acquisition opportunities across an assigned Mid-Atlantic territory. Build relationships with practice owners, brokers, and industry groups; manage a pipeline, conduct outreach and events, represent the company at conferences, maintain CRM records, collaborate with internal stakeholders through the acquisition process, and regularly travel throughout the territory.

Part-time, afternoon availability Monday–Friday; holidays and weekends required.
