Plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, and training programs end-to-end. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, contracts, registration systems, on-site teams, and event evaluation. Partner with regional and corporate teams to integrate acquisitions, optimize scheduling and services, develop capital budgets, and implement scalable processes. Spend ~70% of time in the field supporting hospital leadership, coaching teams, and executing strategic initiatives to grow revenue and improve operational metrics.

Perform janitorial and housekeeping duties for kennels, common areas, and treatment rooms; sanitize and restock supplies; provide light animal handling and restraint; work as part of a team in a fast-paced veterinary clinic with a flexible schedule and rotating weekends.
