Plan and execute corporate meetings, conferences, and training programs end-to-end. Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, contracts, registration systems, on-site teams, and event evaluation. Partner with stakeholders across the company to align events with business goals and continuously improve processes and ROI.

Support acquisition efforts by sourcing and analyzing veterinary practice opportunities, building financial models and valuations, preparing investment memoranda and LOIs, managing post-LOI due diligence across finance, operations, HR, and legal, and coordinating communication with internal teams and external sellers to execute transactions.

Provide daily care for boarded dogs: exercise, clean enclosures and supplies, monitor behavior and security cameras, communicate with team, perform laundry/restocking/other physical chores, and escalate health or behavior concerns to supervisors.
