Maintain and reconcile cattle inventory and settlement records, identify discrepancies, coordinate with receiving and yard personnel, adjust processing schedules, and support accurate vendor payments while working rotating shifts in an onsite office next to the cattle yard.

Perform meat fabrication tasks including skinning, trimming, sorting, hanging, inspection, loading machines, packaging, labeling, and scaling. Use knives, hooks, saws, scissors, scales, and other equipment in a cold, safety-focused production environment with early morning shifts.
