Manage accounting operations supporting cattle procurement and production: reconcile daily cattle inventory, analyze and audit cattle data and billing, prepare daily/weekly/month-end reports, supervise one supervisor and three clerks, provide training and leadership, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
