Perform meat fabrication tasks including skinning, trimming, sorting, hanging, inspection, loading machines, packaging, boxing, labeling and scaling. Use knives, hooks, saws, scissors, scales and other specialized equipment in a cold environment while following safety procedures and wearing PPE. Early morning shift start times; physical work requiring lifting, pushing, pulling, standing and bending.
