Provides administrative and student support for dual and concurrent enrollment programs. Maintains student records, monitors applications and enrollment agreements, assists with admissions and registration, troubleshoots portal access, prepares reports and correspondence, reconciles enrollment data, and supports compliance with institutional, NSHE, FERPA, and partner-school requirements. Participates in outreach, orientations, information sessions, and partner communications.

Supports the institution’s dual enrollment program by developing agreements and MOUs, coordinating instructor stipend payments, compiling enrollment and demographic reports, maintaining approved course lists, attending advisory meetings, updating onboarding training, and assisting school districts and affiliate instructors. The role also evaluates registration process options, responds to partner communications, and completes other program support tasks as needed.
