Provides clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff across four CCBHCs. Supervises RNs and LPNs, oversees psychiatric and physical health assessments, coordinates integrated care and referrals, monitors documentation and regulatory compliance, supports medication-related processes, manages medical equipment compliance, and trains nursing staff. The role requires regular travel among clinic locations and emphasizes high-quality, person-centered behavioral healthcare.

Provides mobile crisis intervention services alongside police and community partners. Responsibilities include de-escalating and assessing individuals in mental health crises, making referrals, coordinating with crisis and law-enforcement systems, and following up with clients for up to four weeks to connect them with appropriate services.

Provides bilingual, trauma-informed mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by crime and other traumatic events. Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention; intake assessments; treatment planning; clinical documentation; victim advocacy; court support; referrals; and coordination with community agencies. Services are delivered in person, by telephone, and through telehealth. The clinician also participates in supervision, training, interdisciplinary consultation, and community outreach.

Processes mental health service intakes and referrals, schedules appointments, verifies insurance benefits and pre-certifications, registers coverage details in electronic health records, manages authorizations and client cost information, and resolves insurance coordination issues. The role requires healthcare administrative experience, strong data-entry and computer skills, knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing policies, and attention to detail.

Provides person-centered case management for Medicaid recipients, including intake, eligibility assessments, service navigation, community resource connections, care coordination, documentation, and team collaboration. The role supports underserved individuals with complex barriers, maintains compliance and accurate records, meets service deliverables, and may require travel throughout Westchester County and flexible weekend scheduling.

Supervises billing, claims processing, collections, receivables reporting, rate updates, account reconciliation, and journal entries. The role oversees Medicaid, commercial, and managed care billing activities, investigates non-payment accounts, resolves outstanding balances, trains team members, maintains accurate records, and coordinates with Finance and external agencies to prevent revenue loss and meet collection goals.

Provides peer support to behavioral health and substance use recovery clients through engagement, assessments, crisis stabilization, advocacy, mentorship, wellness planning, and community outreach. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, enrolls clients in wraparound services, completes NOMS assessments, and builds relationships with community providers to improve access to care.

Provides medical and daily living support to individuals with developmental disabilities in community residences and programs. Responsibilities include scheduling and accompanying individuals to appointments, maintaining medical records, reviewing medication records, ordering supplies, documenting medications, supporting habilitation goals, responding to emergencies, and driving individuals in agency vehicles. Requires an AMAP certificate, DSP experience, a valid driver’s license, required OPWDD and agency training, and the ability to perform physical assistance duties.

Provides comprehensive outpatient mental health services, including intake assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy for clients with psychiatric and substance-use diagnoses. Maintains clinical documentation, insurance contacts, and regulatory compliance; collaborates with care teams; attends training and staff meetings; and provides evening clinic coverage twice weekly. The role serves underserved, culturally diverse community members in a hybrid Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic setting.

Provides administrative support for a trauma and resilience program, including screening and tracking referrals, assigning cases, entering electronic health records, maintaining databases and documentation, coordinating meetings, managing records requests, preparing reports, ordering supplies, supporting grants, and completing special projects.

Supports low-income adults with SNAP, Medicaid, and other public benefit applications, recertifications, documentation, and interruptions. Conducts intake, eligibility assessments, social-needs screenings, and case support; tracks deadlines; coordinates referrals to workforce, behavioral health, transportation, childcare, and community resources; maintains records; and collaborates with social service and healthcare partners.
