Provides clinical and administrative leadership to nursing staff across four CCBHCs. Supervises RNs and LPNs, oversees psychiatric and physical health assessments, coordinates integrated care and referrals, monitors documentation and regulatory compliance, supports medication-related processes, manages medical equipment compliance, and trains nursing staff. The role requires regular travel among clinic locations and emphasizes high-quality, person-centered behavioral healthcare.

Provides mobile crisis intervention services alongside police and community partners. Responsibilities include de-escalating and assessing individuals in mental health crises, making referrals, coordinating with crisis and law-enforcement systems, and following up with clients for up to four weeks to connect them with appropriate services.

Provides bilingual, trauma-informed mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families affected by crime and other traumatic events. Responsibilities include individual, family, and group therapy; crisis intervention; intake assessments; treatment planning; clinical documentation; victim advocacy; court support; referrals; and coordination with community agencies. Services are delivered in person, by telephone, and through telehealth. The clinician also participates in supervision, training, interdisciplinary consultation, and community outreach.
