Assesses participant needs, coordinates emergency and clinical services, develops individualized suicide prevention plans, conducts outreach, connects participants with VA and community benefits, maintains frequent supportive contact, documents services, and advocates for access to healthcare, housing, employment, financial, legal, transportation, and other resources.

Assists the Contract Compliance Manager with quality assurance activities, including auditing participant files, reviewing documentation, monitoring program standards, preparing reports, scheduling site visits, and verifying provider billing documentation. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, documentation skills, regional travel, and compliance with WestCare and CDCR requirements.

Ensure grant compliance, prepare journal entries, manage AR/AP, review general ledger accuracy, maintain grant files, and support financial reporting and purchase order approvals. Coordinate with grant directors and use organization accounting software.
