The role requires lived recovery experience, professional boundaries, community engagement, local travel, and support during varied hours.

Provides person-centered case management and care coordination for individuals experiencing behavioral health concerns or crises. Conducts assessments, supports crisis stabilization, develops service plans, coordinates referrals and warm handoffs, provides brief interventions and education, performs community outreach, documents services, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Operates the mobile mental health unit and transports clients as authorized. Regular travel and variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

The role includes outreach, participant visits, interdisciplinary coordination, case conferences, quality improvement, and regular travel throughout the service area.

Provides peer-based outreach, recovery-oriented support, resource navigation, and engagement services to veterans and service members at risk for suicide. Uses lived experience and trauma-informed principles to build trust, promote recovery, identify goals and barriers, coordinate referrals, document services, and report safety concerns. The Office & Clinical Operations Coordinator manages front office operations, scheduling, procurement, inventory management, and provides clinical services support in a nonprofit behavioral health setting.

Provides case management to HOPWA-eligible individuals and families, coordinating housing services, assessments, referrals, client plans, interagency support, documentation, data reporting, and community outreach. Maintains relationships with property owners, agencies, and clients while supporting housing stability and self-sufficiency. Requires experience serving people experiencing homelessness, substance use or mental health challenges, and people living with HIV, along with trauma-informed practice and data confidentiality experience.

Leads a grant-funded Veteran suicide prevention program, overseeing service delivery, staff supervision, community partnerships, grant compliance, reporting, budgeting, quality improvement, and participant outcomes. Ensures trauma-informed services connect Veterans, Service Members, and families with behavioral health, VA, social service, and emergency resources. Manages staffing, outreach, documentation, audits, performance measures, corrective actions, and fiscal stewardship while maintaining relationships with community and government partners.

Provides integrated substance abuse and mental health treatment for women with co-occurring disorders. Leads interdisciplinary treatment teams, develops service plans, conducts individual and group therapy, provides rehabilitation and case management services, monitors client progress, engages families, supervises mental health case assignments, maintains clinical records, and supports staff training and quality improvement.

Provides recovery-oriented peer support, coaching, advocacy, education, and skills-building services to individuals and families affected by mental health or substance use conditions. Links consumers with community resources, facilitates support groups, develops wellness plans, documents services, and promotes self-advocacy and empowerment. Requires collaboration with case managers, culturally responsive communication, confidentiality, participation in case conferences, and adherence to HIPAA and agency standards.

Coordinates behavioral health and social services for consumers and families. Conducts needs assessments, develops and reviews service plans, provides case management and counseling, coordinates internal and external providers, prepares progress and discharge reports, arranges transportation, supports crisis de-escalation, and ensures compliance with clinical, Medicaid, licensing, confidentiality, and consumer-rights standards.

Develops and manages child welfare training, certification, coaching, and professional development programs. Identifies performance gaps, designs pre-service and in-service curricula, tracks compliance and training records, submits regulatory reports, and evaluates program effectiveness. Supervises Practice Specialists, oversees field coaching and mentoring, coordinates training logistics, and ensures staff meet Florida Certification Board and Department of Children and Families requirements.

Provides case management for individuals and families receiving homeless prevention services. Responsibilities include intake, assessment, referrals, housing coordination, client documentation, HMIS data entry, reporting, quality improvement support, outreach, crisis response, and collaboration with landlords, agencies, and community partners.

Provides peer leadership, outreach, advocacy, coaching, and recovery support to individuals with substance use disorders. Connects clients with community resources, promotes wellness and resiliency, helps establish support systems, participates in clinical staffing, supervises clients, and supports recovery activities. Requires lived recovery experience, community travel, flexible scheduling, a Level II background check, driver’s license, and CRPS certification within one year.

Provides clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health and crisis services. Supervises clinical staff, supports complex and high-risk cases, oversees assessments and crisis intervention, ensures documentation and regulatory compliance, leads quality improvement, and coordinates care with hospitals, providers, and community partners. May provide direct counseling, psychotherapy, risk assessments, treatment planning, and crisis stabilization.

Leads a community-based Veteran suicide prevention program, ensuring grant compliance, service quality, staffing, reporting, budget stewardship, and achievement of performance outcomes.
