The Training Coordinator will implement and monitor training for community partners, provide technical support, and design monthly training sessions related to clinical practices.

Manage a caseload of low-income veterans using Housing First principles: assess needs, create and monitor individualized plans, coordinate referrals, provide advocacy, conduct outreach and home visits, mentor junior advocates, document services, and connect veterans to housing, employment, and community supports.

Provide primary intensive outpatient nursing care for women with substance use or co-occurring disorders: assess and document medical histories, administer and track medications, assist physician with exams and treatments, perform vitals and routine tests, contribute to treatment planning and documentation, support clients' physical and psychosocial needs, and complete required reports.

The Case Manager provides intensive support and resources to individuals experiencing homelessness, facilitating care plans, client advocacy, and coordination with various service providers.

Develops and monitors individualized career plans for fathers in the FORGE program; conducts intake and assessments; provides one-on-one and group job readiness training; connects participants to education, training, employers, and apprenticeships; tracks employment outcomes and maintains grant-compliant documentation; supports events and community outreach.

Provide administrative and clerical support to a substance use prevention and recovery program, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination and minutes, data entry, filing, mail distribution, assisting counseling staff, preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and supporting policy and program material implementation. Maintain required clearances, certifications, and adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.

The Case Manager provides case management services for clients with substance use and mental health disorders, ensuring coordinated care and resource access.

Provide recovery-based peer support, mentoring, group facilitation, advocacy, and wellness planning for individuals with substance use or mental health diagnoses. Link clients to services, document contacts, and promote self-advocacy and natural supports.

Support multiple grant-funded programs by coordinating data collection, participant tracking and follow-up, maintaining databases, monitoring data quality, preparing reports and summaries, and conducting site visits and travel across Tennessee to support evaluation and reporting requirements.

Provide HR clerical and recruiting support for a region: maintain personnel records, source/screen candidates, manage onboarding and background checks, advise hiring managers, assist payroll/timecards, train on ATS, and support HR process improvements and compliance.

The Adolescent Services Coordinator plans and coordinates clinical services for adolescents, including conducting assessments, providing therapy, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with standards.

The Program Director oversees clinical and administrative program leadership, collaborates with healthcare professionals, manages budgets, ensures compliance, and assists with staff development and grant planning.

Provide front-desk and clerical support including scheduling, phone and mail handling, data entry, file maintenance, payroll time sheet processing, FedEx/package handling, interview scheduling, and general administrative support to program staff.

The Administrative Assistant supports the Program Director and staff with clerical duties, meeting coordination, report preparation, scheduling, and general office management.

Supervise and train counseling staff, manage day-to-day program operations, deliver individual and group counseling, oversee intake and treatment planning, ensure compliance through QA reviews and reporting, coordinate trainings and community partnerships, and liaise with IDOC and referral agencies.

Provide administrative and program support to the TN Regional Administrator: manage calendars, meetings, mail, onboarding, grant tracking, budgets, contracts, compliance, facility checks, social media/outreach, reporting, and liaison work with HR, vendors, community partners, and regulatory bodies.

The Case Manager provides case management services, coordinates treatment plans, attends court hearings, and ensures documentation meets agency standards for clients in need of mental health services.

Provide recovery-oriented peer support, coaching, advocacy and skills-building for individuals with substance use and/or mental health diagnoses. Facilitate groups, assist with Wellness Recovery Action Plans, document sessions, link clients to services, and work with case managers to build natural supports and promote self-advocacy.

The Bilingual Facilitator organizes and delivers education sessions for families, assesses needs, maintains records, and evaluates participant progress.

Assist Summer Extravaganza staff in supervising and leading youth activities, maintain safety and cleanliness, model positive behavior, provide minor first aid, communicate with staff and parents, attend trainings, and support program goals.
