Assists with twice-monthly payroll processing, payroll and benefits reporting, audits, document retention, employee inquiries, benefits administration, compliance communications, and related projects. Collaborates with Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, and Accounting teams in a professional office environment.

Provides administrative, clerical, data entry, reception, records, scheduling, supply inventory, and meeting support for a substance abuse treatment program. Assists with client intake, discharge, documentation, engagement, graduation coordination, and confidentiality requirements while supporting staff and clients in an emotionally charged environment.

Provides administrative and clerical support for a substance use treatment program, including scheduling, correspondence, phone coverage, meeting preparation, reporting, filing, mail distribution, payroll, supplies, and travel arrangements. The role also supports policy and program-material development while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. Candidates must be organized, communicative, proficient in Microsoft Office, able to pass background, drug, and institutional clearances, and obtain CPR, first aid, and tuberculosis-testing compliance.
