Provides peer leadership, outreach, advocacy, coaching, and recovery support to individuals with substance use disorders. Connects clients with community resources, promotes wellness and resiliency, helps establish support systems, participates in clinical staffing, supervises clients, and supports recovery activities. Requires lived recovery experience, community travel, flexible scheduling, a Level II background check, driver’s license, and CRPS certification within one year.

Provides clinical leadership and oversight for behavioral health and crisis services. Supervises clinical staff, supports complex and high-risk cases, oversees assessments and crisis intervention, ensures documentation and regulatory compliance, leads quality improvement, and coordinates care with hospitals, providers, and community partners. May provide direct counseling, psychotherapy, risk assessments, treatment planning, and crisis stabilization.

Leads a community-based Veteran suicide prevention program, ensuring grant compliance, service quality, staffing, reporting, budget stewardship, and achievement of performance outcomes. Supervises and develops multidisciplinary staff, oversees screening, referrals, safety planning, and follow-up, and builds partnerships with VA facilities, behavioral health providers, government agencies, and community organizations. The role also manages outreach, documentation, quality improvement, audits, corrective actions, and participant support across the assigned Wisconsin service area.
