Coordinate and validate residential loan documentation from application to closing, analyze income/assets/credit/title/appraisal data, prepare closing documents per investor and regulatory guidelines, meet productivity and quality targets, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain compliance with banking regulations.

Manage a portfolio of corporate banking credit relationships: analyze financials, monitor credit quality and covenants, prepare Credit Approval Memoranda, coordinate documentation and closings, liaise with clients and agent/participating banks, and ensure timely administrative servicing and compliance.

Support execution of enterprise compliance programs: monitor regulatory adherence, review consumer-facing materials, perform QA and data integrity testing, assist vendor oversight, update policies and training, prepare audit/exam responses, and document findings and corrective actions.

Support development and execution of compliance and operational risk programs for banking products and processes. Manage monitoring, policy and procedure development, review and approve customer-facing documents, coordinate audits and regulatory exams, oversee vendor management, provide compliance guidance for product/system changes, document findings, and deliver training to bank personnel.

Support development and management of regulatory compliance and operational risk programs. Assist with audits/exams, incident identification and remediation, KRI monitoring, policy/procedure development, product risk reviews, testing, reporting, and compliance training. Coordinate responses to findings and communicate risk developments to management.

Provide installation, configuration, testing, and production support for Bank of Hawaii network and voice systems. Manage incidents, monitor performance, deploy updates, perform testing and recovery planning, and coordinate with vendors. Participate in system design, documentation, and business partnership activities to meet IT standards and service level agreements.

Manage and maintain customer relationships for account analysis services, handle billing and reconciliation, support projects to improve operations and reduce risk, extract and analyze data for reporting, coordinate account/profile maintenance and system updates, and provide technical support and coverage for the Manager as needed.

Support planning, coordination, and optimization of website content to drive acquisition, conversion, and organic discovery. Conduct audits, analyses, and performance evaluations; document plans and metrics; coordinate cross-functional execution; assist with testing and reporting.
