Lead enterprise talent initiatives (talent review, succession, performance), design programs, drive organizational development, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and apply workforce analytics to influence senior leaders and improve organizational effectiveness.

Coordinate and validate residential loan documentation from application to closing, analyze income/assets/credit/title/appraisal data, prepare closing documents per investor and regulatory guidelines, meet productivity and quality targets, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain compliance with banking regulations.
