Supports general ledger, operational accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, variance analysis, fixed assets, project accounting, month-end close, internal controls, and process improvements. Prepares journal entries, reports, forecasts, and supporting schedules while resolving accounting inquiries and collaborating with business partners to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.

Leads and matures the bank’s operational risk program, including risk and control self-assessments, new product risk reviews, operational risk event analysis, scenario analysis, governance, reporting, remediation, and stakeholder training. Partners across the organization to strengthen enterprise risk management, assess controls, monitor regulatory developments, improve processes, and provide expert risk guidance.

Investigates anti-money-laundering alerts, complex transactions, suspicious activity, and SAR filings. Leads junior investigators, reviews case documentation, develops procedures, tests AML monitoring systems, coordinates vendor issue resolution, supports regulatory examinations and audits, and advises business lines on BSA/AML compliance requirements.
