Provide high-volume customer support to wellness program participants through phone, chat, and email. Resolve account, incentive, form, and program questions while escalating complex issues. Maintain accurate interaction records, validate and process participant information, audit data, and protect sensitive information under HIPAA standards. Identify recurring trends, communicate feedback to leadership, and coordinate with internal teams. This is a fully remote, desk-based position requiring strong communication, multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
