Leads WellBe’s enterprise applications and digital platforms strategy, organization, roadmap, delivery, reliability, adoption, quality assurance, and vendor accountability. Oversees clinical and business application portfolios, budgets, product management, application lifecycle, service performance, release readiness, and operational improvements. Partners with clinical, engineering, security, infrastructure, data, finance, and PMO leaders to align priorities, manage risk, improve workflows, and support safe care delivery. Directly leads product and enterprise application leaders and temporarily oversees quality assurance.

Collaborates with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver healthcare analytics solutions.

Designs and maintains ELT pipelines, warehouse integrations, data models, and data quality processes. Responsibilities include data integration, governance, security, performance optimization, exploratory analysis, visualization, and cloud-based API ingestion. Requires strong SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, cloud, and scripting experience, plus leadership and communication skills.
