Supports compensation and benefits programs through pay administration, market analysis, pay equity reviews, incentive calculations, budgeting, benefits administration, compliance, audits, vendor reconciliation, open enrollment, and employee support. Maintains total rewards data in Dayforce and collaborates with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and leadership on process improvements and strategic recommendations.
