Support reserve valuation processes for life and health insurance products by analyzing policy and claim reserves, reconciling models to experience, preparing financial schedules, documenting assumptions, and responding to ad hoc data and reporting requests.

Design reusable, secure, and scalable AI and automation solution patterns, build reference implementations and proofs-of-value, provide technical advisory, embed responsible AI practices, create standards and reusable assets, and enable distributed teams from intake through production while partnering across architecture, data, security, and operations.

Perform routine investment accounting and daily cash management, reconcile investment and bank balances to the general ledger, prepare journal entries, assist with regulatory reporting (NAIC), support external banking and investment relationships, resolve transaction issues, assist audits and examinations, and participate in process improvements and automation projects.

Supervise and coordinate a team of claims professionals, ensuring accurate adjudication, regulatory compliance, quality audits, training, performance management, and resolution of coverage questions and complaints.
