Leads complex business analysis initiatives by researching processes, eliciting and validating requirements, developing business cases, evaluating solutions, and monitoring outcomes. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to improve products, services, software, and operations. Manages requirements activities, scope, risks, priorities, data quality, governance, and continuous improvement. Mentors business analysts and promotes responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Develops and enhances complex software applications across the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, architecture, DevOps, automation, cloud-native development, system integration, documentation, and technical leadership. The role mentors engineers, leads code reviews and technical initiatives, and evaluates AI-assisted development, RAG, agentic workflows, and secure AI solutions. Collaboration with product, architecture, systems, and testing teams is required to improve reliability, reduce technical debt, and support business outcomes.

Participate in a 10-week IT internship supporting help desk operations, vulnerability management, patching initiatives, and development of an AI-powered self-service solution. Gain exposure to diverse IT functions, emerging technologies, Service Desk support, and cross-functional collaboration while learning from experienced team members and mentors.
