Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Salesforce reports; analyze sales, pipeline, forecast, pricing, margin, manufacturing, procurement, and cost data. Reconcile Salesforce and ERP information, maintain CRM data quality, produce recurring reporting packages, and support sales operations. Develop Excel analyses, document reporting processes, identify trends and discrepancies, and clearly communicate findings to sales, operations, and executive stakeholders.

Designs and revises mechanical products and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and Inventor. Creates BOMs, calculation packages, technical documentation, and test plans; reviews customer requirements and RFQs; supports manufacturing, troubleshooting, ECOs, and product quality. The role focuses on pressure-containing equipment, pipeline components, fittings, and skidded equipment while applying ASME, ANSI, ASTM, and related standards.

Develops financial models, forecasts, budgets, reports, dashboards, and variance analyses supporting service and manufacturing operations. Partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, risks, and opportunities. Supports financial close processes, ensures reporting accuracy, prepares executive presentations, and improves reporting and data-management processes through automation.

Owns manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, job profitability, and margin reporting. Maintains labor and overhead rates, reviews ERP bills of material and routings, supports budgeting, forecasting, pricing, audits, and investment decisions. Builds advanced financial models and dashboards, reconciles ERP data to the general ledger, investigates discrepancies, and partners with operations, engineering, and leadership to improve cost accuracy and reporting.

Develops and maintains SOPs, work instructions, technical manuals, process maps, training materials, and controlled business documentation. Partners with operations, service, engineering, quality, safety, HR, and management teams to capture workflows, improve processes, maintain document control, support ISO-related requirements, and assist with audits and training. The role is onsite in Houston and involves observing manufacturing and service operations.

Perform day-to-day accounting and accounts payable/receivable tasks: process invoices and payments, maintain vendor/customer records, post transactions, assist reconciliations, handle collections and vendor/customer communications, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager.
