Develops and maintains SOPs, work instructions, technical manuals, process maps, training materials, and controlled business documentation. Partners with operations, service, engineering, quality, safety, HR, and management teams to capture workflows, improve processes, maintain document control, support ISO-related requirements, and assist with audits and training. The role is onsite in Houston and involves observing manufacturing and service operations.

Perform day-to-day accounting and accounts payable/receivable tasks: process invoices and payments, maintain vendor/customer records, post transactions, assist reconciliations, handle collections and vendor/customer communications, prepare reports, and provide administrative support to the Accounting Manager.

Operate and maintain manual machines, perform setups and repairs, read blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, conduct quality inspections, follow safety procedures, and keep accurate job records.
