Operate and maintain manual machines, perform setups and repairs, read blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, conduct quality inspections, follow safety procedures, and keep accurate job records.

Support the Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams to manage project documentation, communications, schedules, invoicing, and supplier/customer coordination. Track milestones, monitor critical-path activities, follow up on action items, identify risks, and help ensure projects meet contractual and industry requirements.

Own end-to-end services ticket-to-cash: reduce days-to-invoice, eliminate billing leakage, reconcile CRM/ERP data, own job cost analysis, support invoice disputes, lead monthly margin reviews, build dashboards, and drive revenue/margin improvements through cross-functional projects and process optimization.
