Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support and on-site assistance for regional facilities. Resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues; install and maintain workstations, printers, scanners, phones; support SIP phone systems; perform device imaging and low-voltage cabling; maintain documentation; participate in on-call rotation and regional travel for site visits and health checks.
