Creates structural corrugated box samples and production specifications to support Sales Representatives. Discusses design needs, selects and draws appropriate designs, produces prototypes using CAD or hand-cutting, maintains specifications and records, and meets project schedules. Requires CAD or drafting education or equivalent experience, preferably 3–5 years in corrugated packaging, and familiarity with Artios CAD, Kongsberg tables, Windows, and Microsoft Office.

Supports human resources processes by coordinating recruiting, interviewing applicants, conducting reference and background checks, communicating job details, assisting with hiring and orientation, and maintaining employment records. The role requires clerical experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and periodic travel to Lebanon, Tennessee. Occasional exposure to manufacturing areas may require safety glasses and hearing protection.

Maintain and support wired/wireless networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and servers across multiple manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot connectivity, manage VPNs and firewall rules, administer DNS/DHCP, document topology, perform cabling and physical installs, develop SOPs, and support escalated help-desk issues. Travel regionally 25–50% and perform physically demanding tasks in industrial environments.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, partner with hiring managers to define needs and timelines, source and screen candidates, guide interviews and selection, manage offers and preboarding, monitor recruiting metrics, and build talent pipelines to meet site workforce needs.

Serve as first point of contact: answer phones, greet and direct visitors, take messages, distribute mail, support Executive Assistant and accounting, perform basic bookkeeping, and follow company policies. Requires physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods.

Manage and grow assigned accounts by hand-delivering quotes, servicing existing customers, cold-calling prospects, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, order specifications, and timely paperwork. Provide weekly pipeline updates, attend sales meetings, and represent the company in the community and at customer sites, including occasional manufacturing visits.

Lead and develop the sales and design teams to drive sales volume, margins, and customer relationships. Manage key accounts, sales forecasting, credit controls, aged inventory, recruitment/training, sales reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinate customer entertainment, expense approvals, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Partner with site General Manager to deliver full-cycle HR services for manufacturing sites: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits and workers' compensation administration, safety documentation and training recordkeeping, performance management, and HR reporting. Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees and support corporate HR on litigation, risk mitigation, and global HR projects.
