Perform assembly and packaging tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing facility while following safety and quality procedures. Ensure products meet specifications, maintain productivity and on-time delivery, uphold plant housekeeping standards, and collaborate with team members. Duties may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, labeling, and taping boxes. The role requires prolonged standing, repetitive movement, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a loud industrial environment.

Administer and improve employee benefits programs including health, retirement, leave, and wellness. Manage open enrollment, vendor relationships, compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, IRS), payroll tax jurisdictions, audits and filings (Form 5500). Provide benefits support to employees, partner with leadership on total rewards strategy, prepare executive reporting, and support M&A benefits integration and process improvements.

Creates structural corrugated box samples and production specifications to support Sales Representatives. Discusses design needs, selects and draws appropriate designs, produces prototypes using CAD or hand-cutting, maintains specifications and records, and meets project schedules. Requires CAD or drafting education or equivalent experience, preferably 3–5 years in corrugated packaging, and familiarity with Artios CAD, Kongsberg tables, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
