Supports human resources processes by coordinating recruiting, interviewing applicants, checking references and backgrounds, communicating job details, assisting with hiring, conducting new-hire orientation, and maintaining employment records. The role also performs clerical HR duties and supports the HR Manager. Occasional exposure to manufacturing areas may require personal protective equipment.

Creates structural corrugated box samples and production specifications to support Sales Representatives. Discusses design needs, selects and draws appropriate designs, produces prototypes using CAD or hand-cutting, maintains specifications and records, and meets project schedules. Requires CAD or drafting education or equivalent experience, preferably 3–5 years in corrugated packaging, and familiarity with Artios CAD, Kongsberg tables, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
