Partner with site General Manager to deliver full-cycle HR services for manufacturing sites: recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits and workers' compensation administration, safety documentation and training recordkeeping, performance management, and HR reporting. Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees and support corporate HR on litigation, risk mitigation, and global HR projects.

Sell and service profitable accounts by hand-delivering quotes, making cold calls, retaining and growing business, updating pipelines, coordinating customer entertainment, processing paperwork, and using Amtech/Excel/VPS to support estimating and account management.

Support full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles: post jobs, manage ATS, screen candidates, schedule interviews, track progress, collect feedback, assist offers and preboarding, maintain pipelines, and identify process improvements.
