Leads growth of the allied equipment portfolio through sales strategy, team leadership, supplier management, customer development, pricing, and partnership across engineering and operations. Oversees sales targets, profitability, pipeline development, negotiations, product integration, proposals, and customer relationships. Serves as a subject matter expert for allied material-handling solutions, including conveyors, racking, mezzanines, safety equipment, and automation components. Travel is required as needed.

Generates new customer leads through cold calling and warm outreach, builds sales pipelines in CRM systems, and creates interest in material handling products and solutions. Collaborates with marketing, sales, and sales operations teams on campaigns, lead quality, reporting, and close-rate analysis. Tracks opportunities using CRM processes and value-selling methodologies while meeting sales goals and quotas.

Leads enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy, Lean initiatives, Kaizen culture, and operational excellence programs. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to eliminate waste, optimize processes, improve performance, and sustain standardized practices. Develops dashboards and operating reviews, coaches leaders, facilitates workshops, coordinates training, and tracks measurable gains in productivity, quality, cost, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Develop and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity program, including governance, compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident response, security monitoring, and awareness. Administer Microsoft Defender, Purview, Secureworks Taegis, Sophos, and KnowBe4 platforms; manage security policies, access controls, data protection, alerts, playbooks, and vendor reviews. Maintain risk registers, coordinate remediation and investigations, report security metrics, support business continuity, and advise leadership on cybersecurity priorities, budgeting, and investments.

Coordinate order-to-delivery processes for new equipment purchases, ensuring accuracy of orders, POs, billing, and documentation. Liaise between sales, vendors, and internal teams, resolve billing inquiries, maintain order management records, and support rental coordination and post-sale delivery activities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage accounts receivable by applying payments, reconciling discrepancies, investigating unapplied cash, and resolving customer billing disputes. Prepare aging analyses, support month-end close, process adjustments/refunds, handle AR correspondence, and recommend process improvements to reduce risk and improve collections.

Support the Senior Controller overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Manage monthly/annual financial statements, lead audits, supervise accounting staff, support budgeting/forecasting, and drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Coordinate order-to-delivery process for new equipment purchases: review orders, create vendor POs, maintain order management system, handle billing and billing inquiries, ensure documentation meets audit requirements, and collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment and post-sale support.

Sell new and used forklifts, specialty equipment, racking and aftermarket services across the Southern Utah / St. George territory. Build and maintain customer relationships, grow account revenue, develop pricing and contracts, meet sales targets, coordinate support resources, and analyze customer metrics. Extensive travel within the territory required.
