Manage and grow an assigned industrial sales territory through regular customer visits, prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business. Processes customer orders, prepares quotations, follows up on sales opportunities, handles returns and order status inquiries, and provides technical product support. Serves as the primary customer contact while developing product and application knowledge through internal training. Builds customer relationships through responsive communication and service. Requires at least one year of inside sales experience, with industrial sales or power transmission experience preferred.

Oversee human resources operations, including recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, payroll, benefits, leave programs, compliance, onboarding, training, performance reviews, safety administration, and employee records. Partner with leadership and department managers on workforce and performance matters, supervise HR staff, support OSHA compliance, and improve HR processes.
