Handles customer orders, prepares quotations, follows up on sales opportunities, answers product questions, recommends technical solutions, coordinates returns and expedited orders, and provides order updates. Builds customer relationships through responsive service while developing expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, material handling, and electrical motion control products. Collaborates with teammates and participates in product and technical sales training.

Oversee human resources operations, including recruitment, workforce planning, employee relations, payroll, benefits, leave programs, compliance, onboarding, training, performance reviews, safety administration, and employee records. Partner with leadership and department managers on workforce and performance matters, supervise HR staff, support OSHA compliance, and improve HR processes.
