Manage and grow an assigned industrial sales territory through regular customer visits, prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business. Build lasting relationships with OEM and MRO customers, identify operational challenges, recommend industrial products and services, and collaborate with internal teams to support customers. Develop territory growth strategies, improve market share, and increase customer satisfaction. The role includes regular travel, product training, and mentorship.

Processes customer orders, prepares quotations, follows up on sales opportunities, handles returns and order status inquiries, and provides technical product support. Serves as the primary customer contact while developing product and application knowledge through internal training. Builds customer relationships through responsive communication and service. Requires at least one year of inside sales experience, with industrial sales or power transmission experience preferred.
