Operate and prep material for CNC and manual mills/lathes, run already-set-up CNC machines, perform light assembly, broach keyways, press bearings, and move materials using forklift and crane. Must lift up to 50 lbs and accurately measure parts.

Lead HR operations and strategy: partner with managers on workforce planning and recruitment; administer payroll, benefits, FMLA, workers' comp and HRIS; oversee onboarding, training, performance reviews, employee relations, records, safety/OSHA compliance; supervise HR generalists and coordinate engagement and recognition programs.

Manage and grow an assigned industrial territory through relationship management and new business development. Prospect, qualify, and convert leads; create strategic sales plans; collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers; support key accounts and work with inside sales to deliver technical solutions for aggregate and material-handling customers.
