Own a product area end-to-end for a B2B SaaS Revenue AI platform: discover, define vision, prioritize, specify, and launch features. Engage revenue teams, shape AI-driven data capture and summarization, write user stories and acceptance criteria, lead cross-functional execution, and set KPIs to track adoption and iterate.

Lead and build Weflow's US sales motion from NYC: hire and coach AEs, drive new business revenue, close enterprise deals, define the US sales playbook, manage pipeline and forecasts with MEDDPICC, partner with Marketing/RevOps/Product, and represent the company at events. Regular customer travel and occasional travel to Berlin HQ required.

Lead end-to-end creative campaigns and events that drive buzz and pipeline. Conceive concepts, produce assets, coordinate execution and distribution, collaborate with GTM and founders, and build repeatable playbooks to scale successful campaigns across events, content, social, partnerships, and novel channels.

Work with founders and Head of Customer Success to onboard and enable customers, drive product adoption and retention, identify expansion opportunities, manage support tickets, and develop playbooks and processes. Support Salesforce/RevOps integrations and use data-driven approaches to help customers realize value from Weflow’s AI-driven revenue platform.
