Develops embroidery, appliqué, logos, icons, and customization designs from concept through production-ready execution. Owns specifications, digitization, templates, stitch-outs, mockups, and launch preparation while ensuring manufacturability and design quality. Collaborates with Design, Fulfillment, Operations, Web, and Business Development, troubleshoots customization issues, tests materials and equipment, and maintains production files and documentation. The role is primarily hands-on at the Austell fulfillment center with weekly collaboration in Atlanta.

Own and grow a portfolio of national retail partners, driving distribution, sell-through, forecasts, and account-level strategy. Lead onboarding, EDI compliance, order flow, and cross-functional execution. Represent the brand at trade events, analyze inventory and performance, negotiate account terms, and scale dropship/marketplace channels to meet revenue and margin KPIs.
