Lead trend forecasting, concept and product design across soft and hard goods. Create color, print, and surface designs; develop technical specs and development packages; collaborate with merchandising, product development, marketing, and creative to produce commercially viable seasonal collections that evolve the Weezie brand.

Lead daily fulfillment and production at the Austell fulfillment center: manage order prioritization, labor planning, throughput, and KPIs; coach and develop associates and leads; remove bottlenecks; support WMS rollouts and process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and on-time fulfillment.
