Drive new business for customized IT services by prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, referrals, and online platforms. Understand client needs, develop technology solution proposals, coordinate with technical teams, prepare quotations and presentations, negotiate commercials, close deals, maintain client relationships, and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.

Welcomes visitors, manages calls, directs guests, maintains the reception area, handles mail and deliveries, coordinates office maintenance and supplies, answers inquiries, and assists with scheduling meetings and managing meeting rooms.

Manage end-to-end AI and software projects from planning through post-launch support. Provides first-level technical support for SaaS customers through email, phone, chat, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, managing and prioritizing tickets, diagnosing and escalating complex cases, monitoring alerts, documenting solutions, guiding customers through product usage, and coordinating with Product, QA, and Development teams. This onsite internship is designed for freshers and final-year technical students.

Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing for web and mobile applications. Prepare test cases, scenarios, plans, and reports; execute tests; document and track defects using tools such as Jira or ClickUp; retest fixes; conduct basic API testing with Postman; collaborate with development and business teams; and learn test automation concepts.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and requirements for a cloud-based school management platform. Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria; conduct market and customer research; support Agile ceremonies, releases, launches, analytics, KPIs, and continuous product improvement.

Create video content for branding, product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, social media, and office events. Responsibilities include shooting footage, editing videos, using AI creative tools, creating reels and shorts, adding captions and motion elements, organizing assets, following brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing and design teams.

Build AI-powered automation workflows, rapid POCs, and MVPs using LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and tools such as n8n. Develop web scraping scripts, integrate models with APIs and databases, research emerging AI frameworks, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and document workflows. The internship is remote or onsite in Surat or Ahmedabad, lasts one month with possible extension, and requires candidates to provide their own laptop.
