Create graphic assets, UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics. Maintain brand consistency, collaborate with product managers and developers, conduct basic user research, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple creative projects from concept through final delivery. A portfolio and strong communication skills are mandatory.

Generate and follow up on leads, attend client meetings, build relationships, understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, answer basic queries, and support business development targets. The role is designed for freshers or candidates with internship experience and requires strong communication, persuasion, client-handling, and follow-up skills. It is full-time, on-site in Surat, with travel for client meetings when required.

Assist with configuring and deploying SaaS solutions, gathering client requirements, coordinating with development, QA, and support teams, and supporting onboarding and go-live activities. Prepare implementation documentation, conduct basic product demonstrations and user training, track project progress, escalate blockers, provide post-implementation support, and communicate client feedback and enhancement requests. The internship offers practical exposure to software implementation, client success, and technical support.

Generates leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits; presents products, understands customer needs, and drives SaaS product sales. Maintains client relationships, follows up on negotiations and closures, meets monthly and quarterly targets, prepares sales reports, and stays informed about products and industry trends.

Provides first-level technical support for SaaS customers through email, phone, chat, and ticketing systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, managing and prioritizing tickets, diagnosing and escalating complex cases, monitoring alerts, documenting solutions, guiding customers through product usage, and coordinating with Product, QA, and Development teams. This onsite internship is designed for freshers and final-year technical students.

Manage end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, application configuration, data migration, integrations, deployment, training, troubleshooting, documentation, and post-launch support. Coordinate development, QA, support, product, and client stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and resolve implementation issues.

Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and UI testing for web and mobile applications. Prepare test cases, scenarios, plans, and reports; execute tests; document and track defects using tools such as Jira or ClickUp; retest fixes; conduct basic API testing with Postman; collaborate with development and business teams; and learn test automation concepts.

Develop, test, maintain, and deploy cross-platform Flutter applications for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux. Integrate REST APIs, SDKs, cloud services, databases, Firebase, and AI capabilities. Manage app performance, security, code quality, releases, signing, provisioning, store deployments, debugging, and versioning. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers while participating in code reviews and Agile development.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and requirements for a cloud-based school management platform. Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria; conduct market and customer research; support Agile ceremonies, releases, launches, analytics, KPIs, and continuous product improvement.

Perform manual, automation, API, and database testing for web applications. Design and execute test plans, automate regression scenarios, validate REST APIs and backend data, document defects, verify fixes, maintain QA documentation, and collaborate with Agile development teams throughout the SDLC.

Create video content for branding, product demonstrations, marketing campaigns, social media, and office events. Responsibilities include shooting footage, editing videos, using AI creative tools, creating reels and shorts, adding captions and motion elements, organizing assets, following brand guidelines, and collaborating with marketing and design teams.

Build AI-powered automation workflows, rapid POCs, and MVPs using LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and tools such as n8n. Develop web scraping scripts, integrate models with APIs and databases, research emerging AI frameworks, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and document workflows. The internship is remote or onsite in Surat or Ahmedabad, lasts one month with possible extension, and requires candidates to provide their own laptop.
