The NOC Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve network and customer-related issues, perform product monitoring, and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Operate and troubleshoot live 3G/4G/5G core network infrastructure, own tickets end-to-end, lead integrations and projects, perform on-call incident response, and support roaming, interconnects, and protocol-level debugging.

Operate and troubleshoot live mobile core networks (3G/4G/5G-SA), own tickets end-to-end, lead integrations and projects, manage roaming/GRX/IPX, perform protocol-level debugging (GTP, Diameter, Radius), participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, and develop automation via APIs and scripting.
