Owns end-to-end onboarding, testing, validation, and troubleshooting for IoT and consumer devices, SIM/eSIM technologies, and cellular connectivity solutions. The role investigates interoperability issues using device, SIM, and network traces; develops verification plans and test cases; maintains an isolated lab; supports OTA and Remote SIM Provisioning; and collaborates with customers, vendors, product teams, and engineering.

Manage monthly close, consolidation, statutory reporting, tax filings, subsidiary accounting, and daily financial operations. Oversee AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, payments, and ERP maintenance while ensuring compliance with group accounting policies. Lead and mentor accounting and payroll teams, partner with FP&A and operations, and support financial analysis. The role reports to the CFO and requires strong consolidated reporting expertise and hands-on NetSuite experience.

Manages customer backend setup, plan changes, service configuration, agent support, billing tasks, operational maintenance planning, cross-department projects, and basic quality assurance for new platform features. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, Excel skills, and attention to detail.
