Oversee customer orders, inventory, invoices, import/export shipments, and customer platform setup. Perform connectivity testing for SIM/eSIM orders, validate IMSI sponsors, IMSI and MSISDN ranges, document results, and coordinate technical issue resolution. The role requires telecom connectivity knowledge, troubleshooting, Excel proficiency, strong organization, and effective communication.

Analyze mobile and roaming traffic to detect, investigate, and prevent telecom fraud across Voice, SMS, Data, SIM/eSIM, and international services. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, assess financial exposure, maintain fraud detection rules and alerts, coordinate mitigation with cross-functional teams, monitor emerging fraud patterns, and prepare management reports.

Owns end-to-end onboarding, testing, validation, and troubleshooting for IoT and consumer devices, SIM/eSIM technologies, and cellular connectivity solutions. The role investigates interoperability issues using device, SIM, and network traces; develops verification plans and test cases; maintains an isolated lab; supports OTA and Remote SIM Provisioning; and collaborates with customers, vendors, product teams, and engineering.
