The Director of Product Management is responsible for defining and executing Webbing's product strategy while leading a team of Product Managers. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to ensure successful delivery of products that create measurable customer and business value.
The Director will work closely with Engineering, Core Network team, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to build products that support Webbing's growth strategy and strengthen its position as a global connectivity provider.
This leader will also champion the adoption of AI across both customer-facing products and internal product management processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with Webbing's business objectives.
· Translate customer insights into product opportunities.
· Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
· Lead the product manager team 4-5 product managers
· Track product adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution, and commercial success.
· Partner with Sales and Marketing on successful product launches.
· Define Webbing's AI product strategy across internal and external products.
· Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve Product Management efficiency.
Requirements· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
· MBA is an advantage.
· 10+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 4 years leading Product Managers.
· Proven experience managing enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platforms, telecommunications, connectivity, IoT, or mobile technologies.
· Proven experience with AI tools and building AI based product
· Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
· Experience managing complex product roadmaps and multiple concurrent initiatives.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in IoT Connectivity, eSIM, MVNO, Enterprise Mobility, or telecommunications.
· Experience working with global B2B customers.
· Experience building AI-enabled products.
· Experience with Product Analytics and experimentation.
