Coordinates hourly recruiting from applicant screening through offers and onboarding. Maintains Workday applicant records, supports recruiting events, schedules interviews and orientations, verifies rehire status, prepares offer letters, and completes new-hire paperwork and job previews. Partners with recruiters and HR leaders to fill production, feed mill, and hatchery positions while ensuring accurate records, confidentiality, professional communication, and compliance with safety requirements.

Identify process improvements and perform related duties.

Performs financial analysis of sales and production data, including profitability, variance, forecasting, planning, and pro forma analysis. Develops financial reports, models, and operating plan support; evaluates new business opportunities and industry benchmarks. Partners with cross-functional teams to validate data and inform financial decisions. May supervise accounting personnel and must follow company safety requirements.

Designs, coordinates, and delivers employee training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design.
