Lead the creation of a centralized analytics function: define analytics strategy and KPIs, own roadmap, design analytics-ready data models, enforce metric definitions and data quality, guide cloud data platform implementation, review analytics engineering work, enable self-service analytics, and drive data literacy and stakeholder adoption.

Lead marketing analytics by building dashboards, delivering consumer and market insights, evaluating campaign effectiveness, supporting planning/forecasting, and improving reporting and data governance to drive business growth.

Supervises poultry production operations and up to 100 employees while ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, OSHA, USDA, and company standards. Manages staffing, production schedules, reporting, process improvements, quality, safety, employee training, performance management, and cross-department coordination. Requires flexibility for extended shifts and work in noisy, wet, hot, cold, dusty, and odor-heavy processing environments.
