Supervises live poultry catching operations, drivers, loads, truck shop personnel, and contracted crews. Coordinates farm catch and plant receiving schedules, monitors product weights, reports, attendance, fuel inventory, sanitation, safety, DOT compliance, USDA requirements, and animal welfare standards. Leads employee development and disciplinary processes while maintaining relationships with producers, customers, and contractors.

Designs, coordinates, and delivers employee training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design. Conducts needs assessments, develops curricula and e-learning materials, facilitates instructor-led and virtual sessions, manages LMS records, evaluates learning effectiveness, and analyzes training data. Partners with HR, business leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to support onboarding, leadership development, compliance, career progression, and continuous learning initiatives.

Coordinates hourly recruiting from applicant screening through offers and onboarding. Maintains applicant records in Workday, supports recruiting events, schedules interviews, checks rehire status, prepares offer letters, and coordinates orientation, paperwork, and job previews. Requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, computer proficiency, and flexibility to work non-standard hours.
