Leads the enterprise compensation function, including compensation strategy, base and incentive program design, market pricing, job architecture, pay equity, governance, and annual planning. Advises senior leaders and the Board’s Human Capital Committee, manages a Compensation Center of Excellence, and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS. Oversees compensation transformation, analytics, reporting, communication, and Workday Advanced Compensation capabilities.

Monitors probationary employees’ training progress, identifies development needs, supports supervisors with training issues, conducts job previews for hourly applicants, instructs new employees on physical conditioning activities, and promotes employee recognition within the production department.

Leads enterprise marketing, brand, product and category strategy, commercialization, R&D and culinary innovation, market insights, and corporate communications for a large food and protein company. Owns portfolio optimization, profitable growth, brand positioning, marketing budgets, innovation governance, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. Develops a multifunctional leadership organization and ensures products are scalable, differentiated, and commercially successful.
