Serve as the Discovery IT business partner driving informatics and automation solutions for Discovery. Act as product owner for lab systems, lead Discovery technology projects, manage change and vendor coordination, support Tier 1-3 operations, gather and prioritize requirements with SONAR teams, and promote data-driven practices and compliance with regulatory validation frameworks.

Build and maintain full-stack internal applications: backend services/APIs, frontend UIs (React), and workflow automation. Own features end-to-end, drive architecture discussions, ensure testability, maintainability, and quality through code reviews.

Serve as IT business analyst for GxP computerized systems supporting QA and Regulatory Affairs. Lead requirements elicitation, validation/qualification (CSV/CSA, IQ/OQ/PQ), change control, data integrity and backup strategies, vendor coordination, inspection readiness, and lifecycle maintenance for GLP/GMP laboratory and manufacturing systems. Partner with QA, manufacturing, facilities, and vendors to ensure compliant system administration and validation documentation.

Provide clinical leadership for assigned products across all development phases. Design, plan, and oversee clinical trials; ensure scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and medical oversight. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors, interpret and disseminate study results, support translational medicine, represent the company to regulators and at scientific forums, and mentor/manage staff as needed.

Designs, executes, and interprets in vitro and in vivo ADME/PK/PKPD, TK, PPB and DDI studies for RNA therapeutics. Analyzes PK/TK data (NCA), manages internal and CRO DMPK activities, contributes to IND/CTA regulatory packages, and represents DMPK on cross-functional teams.
