Provides advanced field diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for heavy construction and mining equipment. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, transmission, engine, brake, steering, and HVAC systems; completing service documentation; monitoring work quality; maintaining customer relations; following safety requirements; traveling and staying overnight; and training junior technicians. Works independently with minimal supervision on a rotating 14-day-on, 14-day-off schedule.

Responsible for retaining and growing existing customers while developing new sales opportunities for power generation products across commercial and industrial markets. Duties include preparing bids and proposals, processing orders, managing vendor and customer relationships, maintaining account data, creating territory sales plans and reports, and collaborating across departments to support customer sales experiences. Requires at least three years of sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel overnight.

Oversee daily operations of assigned construction machinery branches, managing service, parts, sales, and administrative staff; analyze P&L and receivables; enforce SOPs and safety; drive profitability and growth; support talent acquisition and mentor direct reports; perform regular branch visits.

Develop and maintain regional customer accounts for WPI product lines, generate leads, support account teams, prepare quotes, ensure timely delivery/service, and travel as needed.
