Provide clerical and administrative support for Service, Sales, and Parts departments: manage phone lines, maintain parts inventory, resolve inventory issues, report problems to managers, and perform general office duties using MS Office and standard office equipment.

Sell and service the company’s construction machinery product lines by developing prospects and maintaining assigned accounts across the region. Meet sales goals, maintain client relationships, travel (including overnight stays) as needed, and perform related duties while adhering to company policies.

Collects and analyzes telematics, oil analysis, and equipment data to identify developing conditions and recommend prioritized maintenance actions. Develops procedures, dashboards, reports, and training to drive technology adoption. Supports data warehousing, BI reporting, data validation, and coordination with branches, OEMs, vendors, and customers. Covers Texas and Louisiana with approximately 50% travel.
