Lead onsite manufacturing facility operations to improve safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, and profitability. Oversee production and maintenance supervisors, deploy Lean/continuous improvement, manage budgets, ensure regulatory and hazardous waste compliance, and develop staff and operational plans for a 100-200+ employee plant.

Supervise shop-floor production and a team of union workers, implement Lean principles (takt-time, 5S, Kanban, Kaizen), drive safety and quality, coordinate inventory replenishment, resolve line-down issues, coach leads and team members, and support continuous improvement and production scheduling.

Operates automated and manual pouring equipment in a foundry, recharges furnaces using an overhead crane, inspects work areas, troubleshoots simple system failures, reports mechanical issues, minimizes scrap, and maintains a safe, orderly manufacturing environment. The role requires coordination with charger and molding machine operators, basic math and communication skills, safety awareness, physical stamina, and onsite first-shift availability with overtime as needed.

Plan and control material deliveries and production schedules to meet customer demand and company targets. Monitor inventory turnover and supplier performance, analyze material consumption and production capacity, release and track work orders, update customer delivery dates, and support continuous improvements in supplier management and on-time delivery.

Provide day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing: troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, improve and validate processes, develop work instructions, fixtures, and tooling, manage engineering changes, support NPI, and lead continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, yield, and productivity.

Design, fabricate, maintain and validate production automation tools and test fixtures for electronics calibration. Support manufacturability, process improvements, documentation, SOPs, pre-production runs, and cross-functional integration with new product teams.

Lead supplier quality for MEGA project: drive supplier improvement, manage supplier data/scorecards, conduct audits, manage supplier risk and transitions, support sourcing and new project development, and report supplier quality metrics.

The Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for driving supplier improvement efforts, managing supplier data, conducting audits, and developing quality metrics for the SEA region suppliers based in Thailand.

Lead end-to-end execution of complex European data center and mega projects. Serve as main technical expert for cooling and fluid systems, coordinate engineering, sales, and operations, translate customer specs into solutions, support business development, manage stakeholders and partners, drive timelines, quality, profitability, and ensure successful project handover.
