Own the operational backbone for Customer Success, Sustainability Advisory, Services, and Support. Build customer operating models, forecasting systems, capacity plans, health scoring, reporting, and AI-driven workflows. Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption, partnering with Customer, Product, Data, Sales, and Finance leadership. Owns core general ledger close, balance sheet and P&L accounting, financial reporting, flux analysis, carbon credit accounting, treasury reconciliations, intercompany processes, tax and statutory compliance.
