The GTM Enablement Manager will enhance sales performance by implementing training, coaching, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role requires relevant experience in sales enablement within B2B SaaS environments and involves cross-functional collaboration.

Own and grow post-sale commercial relationships for enterprise customers: onboard, drive adoption, renewals and expansion. Build renewal playbooks, inform product/packaging strategy, educate customers on climate and decarbonization, and help scale the sales team.

Design end-to-end for AI-focused product teams: define vision, ship complex AI-enabled UX, perform discovery with customers and analytics, iterate on data-driven features, and partner with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver polished enterprise sustainability products.

Lead the Reporting engineering team to define technical roadmap, drive execution and quality, oversee AI adoption, collaborate with Product/Design/Customer teams, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on scalable user-facing sustainability reporting products.

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll manage relationships with high-value customers, drive retention, and facilitate their climate journeys through strategic planning and partnership.

Build and ship full‑stack features that turn Watershed's data layer into an intelligence platform: interactive visualizations, unified carbon data APIs, ingestion tools, and financial‑sector reporting features while collaborating with product, design, climate science, and data science.
