Administer employee culture, rewards, recognition, diversity, and inclusion programs throughout the employee lifecycle. Coordinate events, employee resource groups, orientations, training, communications, and engagement initiatives. Create program materials, maintain team sites, support affirmative action reporting, improve processes, and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional partners. Provide administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and building productive relationships across the organization.

Manages investment operations for a credit union investment vehicle, coordinating due diligence, closing records, portfolio data, CRM upkeep, compliance tracking, vendor readiness, founder communications, board materials, and marketing workflows. Maintains accurate systems, dashboards, documentation, and operational schedules while handling confidential information. Supports podcast production, social media, website updates, newsletters, and content repurposing. Works independently across multiple concurrent workstreams in a hybrid Washington-based role.

Provides mortgage and home equity loan servicing support, including collections for past-due accounts, foreclosure prevention assistance, payment corrections, loan research, borrower communications, notices, document imaging, filing, and invoice tracking. Interprets mortgage documents and complies with federal regulations and credit union guidelines while serving members and coordinating with internal teams and third parties.

Lead strategy and execution for learning and development across the credit union. Design and deliver leadership, technical, compliance, and coaching programs; manage the L&D team, vendors, and budget; use data to measure effectiveness; partner with leaders on change management and talent initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes.
