Leads the Special Assets & Recovery function, overseeing collections, repossessions, bankruptcy servicing, probate administration, collateral liquidation, and post-default account management. Develops recovery and loss-mitigation strategies, manages risk, compliance, audits, budgets, staff, vendors, and operational performance. Partners with credit risk and executive leadership on forecasting and portfolio strategy, resolves escalated member and regulatory matters, and uses reporting, analytics, and technology to improve recovery outcomes and operational efficiency.

Use statistical, algorithmic, and visualization techniques to model business problems, derive actionable insights from member data, and inform product and service decisions. Collaborate with end-users, build analytic capabilities, communicate data-driven recommendations, and promote advanced analytics adoption across the organization.

Leads enterprise consumer lending strategy, operations, underwriting policies, product pricing, portfolio quality, compliance, budgeting, and production goals. Oversees home equity, vehicle lending, and credit card activities while mentoring managers and driving process improvements, technology adoption, scalability, borrower experience, and responsible loan growth. Partners with Finance, Marketing, branches, digital channels, and external providers to execute strategic objectives.

Advise and develop investment clients using approved broker-dealer products; create customized financial plans and portfolios, grow and maintain a book of business, meet revenue targets, conduct education seminars, maintain compliance and documentation, and collaborate with branch teams to increase member investment penetration.

Lead strategy and execution for learning and development across the credit union. Design and deliver leadership, technical, compliance, and coaching programs; manage the L&D team, vendors, and budget; use data to measure effectiveness; partner with leaders on change management and talent initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes.
