Process back-office deposit operations and support members via phone, chat, and email. Handle Courtesy Pay, Negative Shares, mail, legal and research requests, GL reconciliations, records retention, and operational support. Provide technical support for core platforms (e.g., Symitar), ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate across teams, and serve as backup to Analyst II.

Advise and develop investment clients using approved broker-dealer products; create customized financial plans and portfolios, grow and maintain a book of business, meet revenue targets, conduct education seminars, maintain compliance and documentation, and collaborate with branch teams to increase member investment penetration.
