Provides mobile crisis intervention, clinical assessments, brief psychotherapy, case management, referrals, crisis consultation, advocacy, and discharge planning for adults in acute distress. Coordinates care with treatment providers, agency programs, and community partners; maintains timely case records and participates in supervision and team meetings. Services are primarily home- and field-based throughout the community.

Provides individualized wellness coaching, peer support, and skill building to children in home, school, and community settings. Teaches coping, emotional regulation, social, communication, and problem-solving skills; encourages healthy routines, school engagement, and community participation. Collaborates in treatment planning and team meetings, documents services and progress, and supports children and families with professional boundaries and compassionate care.

Provides helpdesk and technical support for enterprise applications, computers, phones, networks, printers, and EMR systems. Manages support tickets and user access, creates documentation, trains employees on software and Microsoft Office, troubleshoots technical issues, and assists with software evaluation and testing.

Provide direct, hands-on support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities by implementing individualized service plans, teaching daily living and social skills, transporting clients, monitoring safety, responding to emergencies, and documenting progress while fostering inclusion and community participation.

Manage financial management, billing, and reporting for grants and contracts. Perform grant billing, monitor expenditures versus budget, prepare financial and ad hoc reports, ensure compliance with funder requirements and 1099 reporting, and coordinate with program staff and grantors.

Provides executive and administrative support to the Children, Youth and Family Services Director and leadership team. Manages calendars, meetings, communications, documentation, grants, contracts, purchasing, invoices, budgets, HR onboarding, training tracking, and operational projects. Serves as a liaison with internal departments, state agencies, schools, funders, and community partners while maintaining confidential information and supporting behavioral health service delivery.

Serves as the primary front-desk and phone contact for clients, visitors, vendors, and community partners. Maintains electronic and paper records, updates EHR and agency systems, manages calendars and meeting logistics, prepares materials, supports onboarding, and handles routine administrative requests. The role requires professionalism, organization, discretion, accurate data entry, strong customer service, and the ability to de-escalate situations while protecting confidential information under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.

Provide outpatient mental health, developmental disability, and substance use services to adults and families. Conduct diagnostic interviews, develop treatment plans and goals, deliver individual and group therapy, educate clients on health and prevention, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and case management for coordinated care.

Lead and oversee residential treatment operations for youth: supervise staff, coordinate treatment plans and transitions, provide individual/group therapy as assigned, manage behavioral and medication monitoring, connect families with community resources, maintain documentation and compliance, and support crisis response and safety planning.

Provide one-on-one, recovery-oriented peer support to guests in a respite setting, assist with daily routines and basic housekeeping, complete documentation and treatment notes, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, communicate with supervisors, and participate in trainings and team activities to support stabilization and recovery.

Coordinate and oversee service delivery and operations for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Manage case loads, supervise residential and community support staff, collaborate with clinical teams and community partners, maintain treatment plans and documentation in EMR, manage program budgets and client funds, serve as liaison with guardians and regulators, and provide on-call crisis/residential coverage.

Provide AAC and supported-typing assessments, design and implement communication strategies, deliver direct coaching to individuals, train families and staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, collect and document progress data, and advocate for access to assistive technology to support participation and independence.

Provide assessment, psychotherapy, and outreach-based clinical services to adults—focusing half-time on clients aged 60+ in-home—develop treatment plans, coordinate care, document clinical work, and collaborate with colleagues and external agencies.

Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy within community and office settings, delivering DBT to approximately half the caseload, participating in DBT consultation, co-facilitating skills groups, and offering community support services as part of treatment plans.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates clinical training programs; manages LMS, tracks compliance, facilitates trainings, assesses effectiveness, and coordinates logistics to support behavioral health staff competency.

Provide IEP-based instruction and assessments for students with social, emotional, and learning disabilities. Develop individualized curricula, manage a student caseload, conduct evaluations, train and coach classroom staff, attend team meetings, and partner with families and sending schools. Support program development and transport clients as needed.

Provide clinical leadership and supervision for LINCS and CFTTP trauma treatment programs. Deliver assessment, stage-one trauma interventions, case management, outreach, and community support. Supervise two clinicians, coordinate referrals, maintain electronic records, perform home/community visits, and transport clients as clinically indicated.

Provide community-based crisis assessment and de-escalation for adults experiencing mental health, substance use, or developmental disability crises. Work in two-person mobile units to assess risk, deliver trauma-informed interventions, coach coping skills, coordinate follow-up care, connect clients to resources, and document encounters in an electronic medical record. Collaborate with peer specialists, internal teams, and external providers to promote safety and recovery.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Washington County Mental Health Services: partner with hiring managers, post optimized job ads, engage candidates via Indeed and social media, coach managers on the ATS, develop relationships with industry contacts, and collaborate on recruitment marketing and materials to streamline hiring workflows.
