Monitor KPIs, address variances, drive corrective actions, administer QMS training records, conduct performance reviews, approve timecards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow and workforce capability.

Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical products through system evaluation, concept development, testing, validation, and documentation. Support manufacturability, regulatory compliance, technical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, technician training, and hands-on technical support.
